Sensory Day Number Two
Todays journey wasn't anything major and did not last very long, but he still did it twice and loved it while he did it. It felt like he processed every move. And it was so simple!
Here is what I did -
When he was tiny we got so many bath cloths, we have at least 20. I used those.
For Valentines Day Miggy got a really cool bath toy, it came with a rubber ball with holes and some bath toys inside.
We were lucky to have both of these items at our house, however. I saved our baby cereal container to use for this activity also (pictures at the bottom.) You can totally get creative with this one if you don't have a ball like this one or you can get one on Amazon I am sure.
*hops on over to Amazon to look real quick*
found the exact one someone gifted to Miggy for Valentines Day!
This ball worked perfect for this sensory journey +the bath toys are natural and they apparently don't mold because they don't hold water inside of them.
Put all the bath cloths inside, I unfolded them so it was easier for them to come out.
this was our first time doing this so I pulled some of them out a little bit because I wasn't sure that he would grab from the inside.

He loved it!!

This is day two with us having the cloth ball around and he played with it all day. Would not let us have it, only wanted to share with Joey, our cat.
